I have a site that allows people to sign up for a replicating website. Among the information they must enter is a distributor ID # which is always numeric. And a distributor ID name, which can be alpha, numeric or alpha-numeric. The id name and the id # are not the same.
When they register they put the correct info in (I have tested for myself)…then every time the system changes it so that the ID name matches the ID #. I am having to go in and make the change manually in the DB.
I tried to be very clear…please let me know if you have questions. I would imagine this will take an expert all of 5 minutes to resolve.
