To create a real estate property search website using the following web applications and programming languages: Joomla, OpenRealty, PHP, MySQL, RETs Client, flash, etc.
These are the following requirements:
1. Complete all coding for an existing website to work with Joomla
2. Part of the properties will be free to search. These will come from the RETs Client and uploaded to OpenRealty
3. Part of the properties will be a paid subscription. These will be manually uploaded
4. Setup various modules that work with Joomla
5. Take an XML feed from an external site to be displayed on our site for a fee.
6. Create a separate IDX Package – Setup RETS, OpernRealty, an API to display properties on other agent’s websites.

ScriptLance Requirements
• No partial payments. Payments made upon completion of entire milestone.
• Source code, if any, sent with released payment for each milestone or build / design / code on client’s site.
• Each task should be outlined with quantity of hours with a total number of hours for each milestone.
• Project discussion must occur before acceptance.
• Escrowed amount is only for current milestone.
