I need the design (no programming, a photoshop file is enough) for a new website for selling individually planned private houses in the high quality sector.

The site should have a style expressing highest quality of our products and be of similar but not identical style as the image folder – they should function together.
Attached you find our “Q”-Logo and the “Font”-Logo, which must be both used but may be different in size.
So our suggestion is to have also black background as we have on the image folder and maybe font in red / shades of gray.
We need suggestion for the initial page and for a sub page where the naviagtion can e.g. be on the left.
The page does not have to have flash and should create a high quality impression and a wow effect for our visitors.
