I’ve mentioned a number of interesting open source iOS menu components such as this component for creating circular rotary menus, and more recently this component allowing you to create menus that drop down from the navigation bar.
Here’s an open source image based scrolling menu component from Robots and Pencil that is inspired by the Ultravisual app called RPSlidingMenu.
As the user scrolls through RPSlidingMenu based menus the top cell image is enlarged along with the menu text. The text is easily customizable, and you need images to fill up the menu cells.
