I am in need a of a custom designed Vbulletin 4.0 Publishers suite template. This will for an news site forum so the design should be related to the field. Vbulletin 4.0 is the newest cms software version out from them so designing a template requires special detail please be sure to research vbulletin 4.0 design specifications as well.I prefer to have the bidders present me with some current vbulletin work they have performed.
