I am researching the possibility or outsourcing a php programming project. I would need a programmer with experience in php, jquery and Microsoft SQL server. I am developing a Facebook application. The application has already been started but due to time constraints I do not have the time to complete. It is a “pet” project meaning there is a limited budget and I am funding it out-of-pocket. This would be approximately a 50 hour project.
It is important to me that this project remains my intellectual property and the source code created is owned by me. It is also important that details of this project are not disclosed to anyone outside your company.
If the project goes smoothly I may port the facebook application to iphone and android devices and would need additional programming assistance.
