I have two similar .gif images that I need made into very high resolution images (illustrator or photoshop please). I need a simulation motion blur also, layered so that I can remove it if needed.
These are two airplane propellers. The coloring should stay the same except for the centers, I want a more chrome like appearance with the slight brown tint they have removed.
I need very smooth shapes, no jagged corners or uneven edging.
