I am looking for an estimate for creating a database on a web site.
This is what I need the database to do:
Allow “client”/user to create an account with Username and Password.
Allow the “client/user to enter information into the fields listed below under their account and be able to edit it.
A “dirty word” list blocker.
Notify Admin of account creation.
A possible add on would be the ability to upload an image or .pdf, but the Admin would need to screen the image first and then allow it to enter the database.
These are the fields needed. It would be nice if fields could be added at a later date if necessary.

The database needs to be searchable by anyone. With all results listed in the field order above.
This is a web site database for listing lots for sale. Each user with an account needs to be able to enter multiple lots under their account and the database needs to be searchable by anyone.
For the Database:
Layout the database tables with all schema
Create all the tables and variable names
Create the database, provide you with all the admin tools to modify/change database
Create web interface admin area to administer the database
Allow web view of the database to the administrator
Allow web edit/delete of database info by the administrator
For the User Interface:
Create a Login page and associated scripts.
Create forgot my password script. Email validation script.
Create a registration page, information update page
A user with a an account can add as many “lots” as he/she wants.
Integration into your site:
Integrate all of the above into your existing site, if required.
Create all relevant displays from the database as necessary.
