Here’s an open source component from iRareMedia that provides a customizable component for working with Dropbox called Dropbox Browser.
The Dropbox Browser provides a nice interface for browsing, searching, and downloading from Dropbox along with notification support, and support for background downloading.
You can customize the colors and the look and feel of the different UITableViewCells.
