I’ve mentioned an open source command line based tool for working with iTunesConnect that allows you to perform a number of functions including features for updating application metadata.
Nik at real Mac Software has written a guide on using the command line based iTMSTransporter tool included with Xcode to retrieve and submit app data.
Nik has also written a simple Mac app that allows you to easily download metadata for an existing app from iTunes Connect and submit your iTMSP packages without needing to use the terminal.
Here’s an image showing the Gui based tool from the tutorial:
For security reasons you’ll need to compile the tool yourself.
You can find the tutorial over on the Real Mac Software blog.
You can find the Connect tool on Github here.
A nice easy way to download and submit app metadata.
