About a year ago I mentioned a component for making great looking Map Kit annotations with thumbnail images from JP Simard.
Here’s another great component from JP Simard that provides a pixel perfect replacement to the UIImagePickerController created due to a lack of customization options available with the iOS photo taking interface.
JPSImagePickerController provides expected UIImagePickerController features (picture taking, front back camera, flash on/off) and adds support for for the landscape orientation, allows you to activate photo taking with the volume control, and adds in a confirmation screen with zoom support.
