Project Analysis:
The following project is for the design and development of a web based OEM CRM system. The system would be web based with traditional sales tools similar to current systems i.e. Sales Force and others.
Service Provider Duties:
Service Provider should have the complete skills required to develop the web based CRM system. The Service Provider should provide consulting on what would make the system better from a framework standpoint and have the ability to produce a system that is solid and bug free ready for operation. This is strictly a programming based project for the script and operation of the web based OEM CRM system.
Project Deliverables:
Produce a solid frame worked web based OEM CRM system.
Provide a solid script code that can be easily modified to expand the CRM system.
Project Budget/Compensation:
Buyer has a budget of 3500 USD for this project. The Buyer is open to negotiation on a reasonable rate but would most likely select a Service Provider who could and would stay with in the Buyer’s specified budget.
Project Development Duration:
The project will have a design frame work time table of 12-15 development days with a complete web based OEM CRM system. The development time table is firm and the Service Provider who provides information and verification on the development process and assure the Buyer they can meet the development time table deadline.
Project Policies & Procedures:
• The Buyer will require the Service Provider to provide information on their experience and background. Service Provider must also provide portfolio examples of your programming work.
• The Service Provider would be required to sign a Project Agreement and Statement of Work. This is company policy and not opens for negotiation
• The Buyer will not offer a advance payment, milestone payments, and structured fees for first time working relationship.. Both Buyer and Service Provider will assume the risk of the first time relationship, Buyer with time and Service Provider with work. The agreement will define the working relationship and the means of security for the project. If Service Providers do not agree with this policy Buyer advises you not to contact or place a bid.
