Open Source Component For Creating Animated Pop-Out Menus That Can Vary Based On Context

I’ve mentioned a few libraries for creating animated pop out still menus, most recently DLWidgetMenu that provides nice physics based animations, and different layouts.

Here’s a library that makes it easy to add simple pop out menus submitted by Gnosis Hub with some extra callback parameters allowing you to make adjustments depending on the context in which the menu has been opened.

Included is an example app showing how to make a basic menu that runs within a view, and a menu that runs within a collection view grid making changes depending on the location within the collection.

Here’s an image from the read me showing GHContextMenu in action:

You can find GHContextMenu on Github here.

Thanks to Gnosis Hub for the submission.
