I am looking for an excellent web programmer, developer/team who could produce an exact clone of buysellads.com but a different design and layout compared with others.
I would want to see some examples of other work that you may have done that is similiar to this kind of project as I feel this is going to be a large scale project. All examples must be in English/American please.
The project timeline I am expecting is about 1-2 months for total completion. It should provide all the statistics for buyers and sellers as well as allowing different kinds of advertisements as well as a payment integration with paypal.
I expect the skills to be used are:
PHP 5, MySQL 5, CSS, JavaScript and possibly others for the site to function to its full capacity.
I am well educated myself and understand Web development/design and databases but I don’t have the time to commit fully on design and development for this project.
I am not so much focused on the design of the website because I can do that myself changing css and html so please understand and concentrate and get the functionality working first above everything.

Its a marketplace for advertisers and Publishers.It will be an advertising platform for sellers(publishers) to sell advertisements on there website and for buyers to buy advertisements.
Additional there will be an option for sellers to sell there advertisement space by way of auctions through the website.
Advertisements can be sold either in 30, 60 or 90 day segments. Auction ads can be sold in either 5,10 or 15 day segments.
There will be pay pal integration allowing the site to take a percentage of the advertisement price once sold. There should also be a percentage allowing us to take a percentage of the auction-finished bid.
Buyers will get the code automatically so they can place the code in there website. There shall be different kinds of advertisements, different categories of advertisements, and ability for some to be blocked by sellers(publishers).
