I am looking for someone experienced with WordPress to embed Flash on my WP site and successfully convert over my existing or updated videos into a larger Flash format from the .wmv current small video format. I have started the process by uploading Kimili Flash Embed but need assistance making it operational. The successful candidate must help me learn the process so I can upload any future videos.
