Lots of mobile devices have fixed-focus cameras (e.g. iPhone 2G/3G). Images taken with them usually blurred/noisy, so libraries like ZXing and ZBar doesn’t work for them. I need a working algorithm for decoding most of barcodes taken with such cameras… (Budget: $250-750, Jobs: Algorithm, C Programming, Cocoa, iPhone, Objective C)
