I am attaching a csv file to this project that i need a php file created that will insert and or update into my database depending if info has changed or not. i guess its called a .csv importer the database name i use is nhl_schedule_scores and has the following for table columns… (Budget: $30-$250 CAD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP)
