We’re trying to install cakephp 1.3 on linux/apache virtual private server. Have cpanel, whm, shell access. Installed cakephp files. Getting cakephp start-up error: 404 page not found. CakePHP uses .htaccess… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Apache, CakePHP, Linux)
