Just need it converted to a joomla template that is compatible with the latest joomla version.

If you can copy the pages so they are pre-installed when you install the template that would be nice.. but I’m not sure if that is possible.
I would need a few modifications.
1.) Add a joomla banner module to the top right corner.
2.) I like the ‘splash’ page style for the forms with the smaller width (like here: http://investortheme.reihomesales.com/?page_id=201, http://investortheme.reihomesales.com/?page_id=225 ) , but I would like to be able to open them in a new browser window.
3.) Would also like all forms converted to chronoforms (joomla extension) if possible.
