I need an app that can let me design and manage on line surveys, focus groups and interviews using text, sound, image, video and maybe webcam interaction. I want a system to manage (view results, view visiting, view transcriptions of the focus and interviews, view databases, view videos, images and sounds as responses, create different type oof users and adminis, create email responses, create data bases on the fly) and apply this three solutions in a central admin center. The solution must have spanish, portuguese and english language options for display of information. Thye system must be flexible in the sense that I can make changes without the developer assistance. We must have access to source code and the system. We like a system based on html 4 & 5, php, xml, etc. Very important to incorporate the possiblity of exporting the results to MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Acces. The survey must accept all kind of questions: multiple response questions, open end questions, scale questions, single response, hotspot response (image), ETC. (see Snap and other sites for examples of questions to include) or ask me for more details. Please make as many questions as necesary to clarify the project.
