I need someone who can modify my wordpress site

some details:
– no errors should be found in http://validator.w3.org/
– need to put twitter picture, rss feed (modify)
– view the number of post in Archives, Categories
– thumbnails pics should be bigger
– height of the post needs modification
– title header needs changing (font will be supplied)
– and so on
Will be given 3 days to modify
