Create dynamic admin page with real time clickable names produces custom spreadsheet pdf and produces hyperlink on the fly within password protected directory and or possibly send link by email to admin
Might select from 100 names in db to produce one pdf with 6 names with all data formatted neatly. This end result would be a pleasing presentation pdf. There is a high possibility for rapid alteration of names as attendees drop out at last minute so easy stable edit system would be needed
Currently all forms are built and XHTML validated and currently works through cgi mail script PERL
