Here’s a library called RATreeView from Rafal Augustyniak that makes it easy to create multi level tree views.
RATreeViews a UITableView wrapper, and what’s really nice about this library is that it adds a number of delegate and data source methods specifically working for the creation and management of tree views.
RATreeView works on iOS 5.0+.
