I’ve mentioned a number of components for enhancing UITableView’s, most recently a component allowing you to easily create gesture responsive table view cells with a more button.
Here’s a nice custom open source custom UITableViewCell called PPImageScrollingTableViewCell from Popochess that provides a nice add-on for displaying images.
With this custom UITableViewCell implementation you can create gesture responsive horizontal scrolling table view cells containing images.
