I am looking for someone to develop a computer program that simulates somewhat that of a TV channel. The computer program should play videos (TV shows), advertisements, and bumpers for the “TV station” (each of which the user will select from their computer). The program should display a logo on the video which the user will specify. The user should also be able to set programming schedules for different days/times of the week. More details will be provided to the selected programmer.
