I need to have artwork for a logo/banner created for a WP site.

The logo/graphic/artwork needs to look something similar to this site: http://www.thegolocalcard.com/
It really needs to be of a “Houston,Tx” city skyline or something similar to the example I mentioned above.
Please include similar examples of related artwork!
