I’ve mentioned a number of controls for creating great looking progress indicators, most recently HTProgressHUD (an updated MBProgressHUD replacement) and MMProgressHUD with some interesting custom animations.
I’ve also mentioned a number of iOS 7 inspired libraries and user interface controls.
Here’s an open source component allowing you to create progress indicators in the flat minimalistic iOS 7 style called FFCircularProgressView from Fabio Francesconi. You use it just like a regular UIProgressView.
