We have a site developed in Joomla and we would now like to add some similar functionality from this site:

For each article page whether it is travel or health or food, we want to display a module on the same article page that pulls latest blogs/discussions related to that articles/topic.
We then want to intergate the same within the existing groups/discussion functionality on our site allowing users to join discussions by registering on our site as well – similar to the site above.
The administrator should be able to define what are the best sites to pull information from for every category. It shouldnt by default full information from all sites.
