Need Joomla app/plugin that deducts exchanges Alpha User points to jPayplans wallet currency by hypothalamus

I need a simple Joomla plugin/app that allows users to convert/exchange their Alpha User points into the wallet of jPayPlans component. Exchange value (how many points are worth a Dollar) will be set in the admin area of the app settings… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, Joomla, MySQL, PHP)
