WordPress Plugin to summarise weekly posts by goldenplec

I am looking to get a simple plugin that will pull the posts in the last 7 days on a sunday and create an automated post summarising the content we published this week. (Budget: €8-€100 EUR, Jobs: PHP, Software Architecture, WordPress)
