Unfortunately within my Urban Terror (urt) 4.1 server there is really only two things that can be banned. The players IP address and their GUID (unique number code in a file within urt folder). The problem is both can be easily changed… (Budget: $30-$250 NZD, Jobs: C Programming, MySQL, Python)
