I want a fully responsive single HTML5 page. I have an image as to what it should look like- I even have an example online, however, as soon as I resize the browser, the two elements on the page are no longer relative to one another, I need help with this… (Budget: $30-$250 AUD, Jobs: HTML, Javascript, PSD to HTML, Website Design)
