I’ve mentioned a number of excellent open source iOS 7 style UI controls.
Here’s an excellent UI element based on the flat style iOS 7 switch called MBSwitch from Mathieu Bolard.
What’s really nice about MBSwitch is that you can do some deep color customization, you can color the border, the on/off tint colors, and the color of the knob.
Here is a group of the images from the readme showing MBSwitch in action with multiple custom colors:
