I am looking for an easy localhost Tool with a web-cache.m and web-cache.h file to set up my own proxy. I Need a simple app where I can turn on or off a local host. When you turn it on the app shows an ip or URL witch I can setup as a proxy at the wifi settings… (Budget: €30-€250 EUR, Jobs: iPad, iPhone, Mobile Phone)
