Need scripts/database to monitor asterisk there will be few items involved. PLease note that there are plenty of scripts that do this that are open source but most are perl, which I cant use for 1 or 2 can use for #3… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Linux, PHP, Shell Script, Software Architecture)
