I need an experienced programmer with excellent skills on OpenVPN and NSIS to make a customized and pre-configured OpenVPN client installer for Pocket PC.
The original source code I have attached . I need my config files to be integrated into this source code and then compiled into an executable using NSIS. I also need the CAB file for the pre-configured installer.
I will provide my openvpn config files after choosing the programmer
