Set Up Chroot Jail For User

This is an extremely simple job for an experienced systems administrator, so the pay is not going to be high for this (but the availability of long-term work is certainly possible for the right candidate).

I don’t have the time to do this myself today, and since it’s urgent, I’m going to outsource it.

We need a single user’s account on a CentOS 5 system to be chroot’ed in SSH/FTP so that he can only access a directory (and below) that we specify.

That’s it. Plain and simple.
