This is the wordpress version of my PHP script – DooMail Chimp Modal Subscribe form.
Use this plugin to place a shortcode in your post, page or text widget. The shortcode will display a button, when clicked will activate the Mail Chimp Modal signup form for your visitors to subscribe to your newsletter list.
