I got a web site which is working to perform some functions but I need to add additional feature to the site as follow,
The site developer used Jamoola to develop the site.
Items to be considered at your system rents management system,
1- Drop down list at search renter screen.
At search screen a user is to enter the apartment number then press enter to activate the search for data belong to that apartment, I need the field of apartment number to be drop down list by all apartments numbers listed in the system and the user has to choose one of them.
2- Sending SMS on certain dates reminders and any other listed messages from category messages list.
This item is to build up a calender for users to send messages on specified date, and the message could be created by user or it could be from message sample list already there in the system, categorized by the subjects.
3- Alert message on due date to more than one receiver.
The system now is not designed to send message on due date to renters in auto mode, I like this feature to be programmed so the system will start send messages by the amount due on the due dates to the renters, and any other mobile numbers specified such as building owner, collection clerk.
4- Arabic version for the site.
All the English word listed to be replaced by Arabic words.
5- Fix the problem of messages not sent on due dates alert to the number listed at renter form. now the system isn’t working to send the message from the list or page at renters form need to be fixed, it only send message from SMS link.
6- Generate report only for outstanding money.
7- Generate monthly report show payments by month.
8- Different users access to own database multi user functions.
