Add a few fields to an Excel Report (MS SQL) by mansink

I have an excel report with a SQL (2010) backend. I need 4 fields new added to this report. The fields exist in other reports that I have, shouldnt be too hard for anyone with sql and excel reporting skills, I just have too much on my plate right now… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Database Administration, Excel, Report Writing, SQL)
