Some time ago I mentioned a control allowing you to create custom progress indicators within the status bar area.
Here’s a control from Kevin Gibbon from Attachments.me that you can use to easily create custom messages in the status bar.
What’s nice about the control is that it’s very easy to use, and you simply need to supply your message, and there are different modes including a red colored mode for warnings.
