We’re currently in need of an eye-catching, easy to navigate website for a photography competition. Here are a few requirements:
-Site must have section where user’s can create a logon and upload their pictures for the contest. However, payment must be made prior to being able to upload. (Paypal)
-Flash and Graphic Design skills are a must as the site must be eye-catching.
-Site must be easy to update and modify for admin.
