RSS Feeds from Access Database by pyramidshitech

I need to create RSS access database, and RSS.aspx to read rss from Acess database. I need one page in aspx to display the records in the database in a Horizontal Marquee style. (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: .NET, ASP, IIS)
