I’m attaching a simple banner image I’m currently using. What I need is for an image to be made with the same text, but the following adjustments to the surrounding image: I need the edges to look like its been ripped open like a piece of paper… (Budget: $15-$25 USD, Jobs: Banner Design, Graphic Design)
