Topsite script in existing web template – repost by kingofcopy

I have one HTML template (l2nemesis.gr) and i need to convert it in to Topsite like hopzone.net or l2topzone.com and gamesites200.com to create a unique topsite. (Budget: €30-€250 EUR, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, Javascript, PHP, Website Design)
