[URGENT] Domain availability checker API/Script needed, to check 1m domains by digiceptdesign

We have a WordPress plugin developed that scrapes a huge amount of domains from google – then checks to see if they are able to be registered. We need a script or some sort of solution that will allow us to check millions of domains per month to see if they can be registered… (Budget: $750-$1500 USD, Jobs: ASP, MySQL, PHP, Website Design, Website Testing)
