Layout help with WordPress site by shaynes1968

I am having trouble with getting the layout of my wordpress site right. I cannot figure out how to get certain things where I want them. I am looking for someone to help me get things layout properly etc. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML)
