I have a shopify store that has rolling backgrounds when you scroll down the page (homepage) and bottom section of each page. I need to make the images either smoothly scroll up when you scroll down on the page on the iPad or make them static on a mobile device… (Budget: $2-$8 AUD, Jobs: HTML5, Shopify Templates, Website Design)
