Fix Lyx (Latex) File so that it compiles (unrecognized characters) by Andaone

I have a Lyx file that contains a work-in-progress. I copied some of the text from other kinds of editors, and it won’t compile or export to Latex. The problem seems to be with the quotation marks and related punctuation… (Budget: $30-$50 USD, Jobs: LaTeX)
