We need a windows application programmed in .NET C++, C# or VB that must run on Windows XP and Windows 7.
It will need its own standalone installer. Once installed, the user will be able to right-click on any file in the windows explorer, and in in the right click pop-up context menu, the user will have an option for “BVM Rename >” (similar to “Open with >”) . Running the mouse over this option will create an expanded menu of options for renaming the selected file.
